Applies to the flying crew personnel employed by scheduled air carriers, commuter air carriers, supplemental air carriers or any other commercial operators who conduct operations with fixed-wing aircraft under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Such employees include, but are not limited to pilots, copilots, navigators, stewards, stewardesses and other in-flight attendants.
