Source: SERFF rate filings via the Insurance Xdate xRate database, swept across every state and carrier. Approved (disposed) filings, trailing 12 months anchored on disposition date. Filed = the overall/average rate change the carrier actually took; indicated = the actuarial rate need the filing's own analysis supports; gap = indicated − filed (points of rate still on the table). Workers Comp filings show the carrier's own LCM move (net-of-bureau, computed from the loss-cost-multiplier table); the SERFF net headline is in the tooltip.
