What it does
CA 04 22 Earlier Notice Of Cancellation Provided By Us changes the cancellation condition so the insurer gives the first named insured more advance notice than the policy otherwise requires, with the number of days shown in the endorsement's schedule. It was introduced in ISO's 2020 multistate revision and continues to be adopted by insurers.

Insureds with contracts, leases or loan agreements requiring longer cancellation notice, and businesses that need time to replace coverage (motor carriers with filings, contractors with project requirements).
