What it does
CR 25 20 extended the forgery or alteration agreement to written instruments required with a credit, debit or charge card issued to the insured or an employee for business purposes, with an exclusion when card-issuer conditions were not followed. The 06 22 forms include this as Insuring Agreement 2.b., and carriers list CR 25 20 among the forms the 06 22 crime forms replace. ISO's forms index still carries the 10 10 edition only for a handful of jurisdictions.

This endorsement changes the base crime or fidelity form it is attached to and is listed with the other endorsements on the declarations. Schedules in the endorsement (names, positions, amounts or dates) control how it applies, so confirm the schedule is complete before binding.
