What it does

CR 25 34 sets additional limits for named individuals or positions over the blanket limit in the declarations. In the 06 22 edition it applies to Employee Theft and the ERISA Plan Official Dishonesty agreement. Change schedules are made with CR 25 38 (discovery) or CR 25 39 (loss sustained).

Who needs it

Businesses where a few positions (CFO, controller, plan trustee) handle much larger sums than other employees.

How it fits the policy

This endorsement changes the base crime or fidelity form it is attached to and is listed with the other endorsements on the declarations. Schedules in the endorsement (names, positions, amounts or dates) control how it applies, so confirm the schedule is complete before binding. ISO's forms index lists the current edition for 52 jurisdictions.

Quoting and selling notes

  • Cheaper than raising the blanket limit for all employees.
  • Excess limits apply only when the scheduled person is identified as responsible.
