What it does
Provides that the United States (and its agencies) is not an insured under Part A, and that a person operating an auto as a federal employee is not an insured for that accident when Section 2679 of Title 28 requires the Attorney General to defend the claim.
Who needs it
Federal employees who drive personal or government vehicles for work.

How PAP endorsements attach
PAP endorsements modify PP 00 01 and are listed on the declarations (PP DS 01). In the 2018 revision ISO also made editorial changes across the multistate endorsements, including a statement that schedule information not shown on the endorsement will be shown in the declarations, so check the declarations page for limits, vehicles and named persons.
