Description
Applies to daily or periodic newspaper publishing. Artists, designers, proofreaders, editors or clerical office employees to be separately rated as 8810. Reporters, advertising or circulation solicitors to be separately rated as 8742. News carriers shall be assigned to the governing classification except that news carriers using motor vehicles or bicycles in connection with their operations shall be separately rated as 7380.
