When available this data now displays historically in the Carrier History section.
Calendar/App Link Fix
If you use the calendar integration, there is a link in the Notes section of the calendar event. Clicking on this will open the record in the mobile app.
Time Picker
We switched to 15 minute increments for the appointment and follow up scheduling.
