What it does
MM 25 02 is the Massachusetts declarations form for the Auto Dealers Coverage Form CA 00 25. CAR's manual lists the Auto Dealers Coverage package as CA 00 25, MM 25 02, IL 00 17, IL 00 21 and CA 23 86. The current edition is 03 26.
Who needs it
Businesses in Massachusetts that hold dealer plates issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles and are classified under the dealer rules: franchised private passenger, truck, motorcycle, recreational vehicle and trailer dealers and non-franchised dealers. CAR's rule requires those risks to be written on CA 00 25 with the Auto Dealers MA Mandatory Endorsement MM 25 01.
