What it does
MM 99 67 conforms the multistate commercial auto coverage forms to Massachusetts requirements for risks that are not subject to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Law. CAR's manual lists it among the endorsements that "must be issued" for those risks, together with Personal Injury Protection Coverage – MA MM 99 35 and the multistate Business Auto Declarations CA DS 03. The current edition is 10 13 (for use with risks not subject to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Law)
