What it does
MM 00 96 is the Massachusetts truckers declarations page. The Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts filed the 07 25 edition in its 2025 commercial auto rule and form filing, effective July 1, 2025, together with the other Massachusetts declarations and mandatory endorsements. Several insurers list it in their Massachusetts commercial auto forms schedules alongside the Massachusetts garage, business auto and motor carrier declarations.

Massachusetts trucking accounts insured in the voluntary market by insurers that maintain a truckers program for Massachusetts. In the residual market, CAR writes truckers and motor carriers on the Business Auto Coverage Form with MM 00 97 and the Motor Carrier Endorsement CA 23 30.
